Type of fortified food: milk and yoghurt / butter, margarine and spreads / cheese / sauces / drinks / other 2. Intervention time: ≤ 1 month / 1 to 3 months / ≥ 3 months 3. Intervention dose: <2g of plant sterol or stanol per day / 2-2.5g / >2.5g) 4. Concomitant medication: Use or not of concomitant treatment with statins 5. Intake pattern: a) In one dose or the same dose in separated intakes b) Fixed in main meals (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) or free election of any meal of the day, main or not
