- Cerebral circulation insufficiency is the leading cause of death and disability among adults in China, with high incidence, high disability rate, high mortality and high recurrence rate. Acute cerebral circulation insufficiency is the most common type of stroke. According to statistics, about 3/4 of the surviving cerebral circulation insufficiency patients lost their working ability to varying degrees, and about 40% of them were severely disabled.

- Cerebral circulation insufficiency was definitely diagnosed by western medicine, without serious abnormal heart, liver and kidney function, and the patient's nationality, age and gender were unlimited.

- The incorporated population were given basic treatments such as lifestyle intervention, hypoglycemic, antihypertensive and lipid-lowering. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Persimmon leaf on the basis of the control group.
