- Inclusion: Patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Exclusion: In addition to spraying rhubarb powder under gastroscope, the experiment also combined with other traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture treatment.

- exposure: Patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding; Interventions: Experimental group: apply rhubarb powder solution (including rhubarb charcoal solution and rhubarb micron solution) to the bleeding area via gastroscope. In addition to endoscopic treatment, the experimental group also adopted the same basic treatment after surgery, such as temporary fasting, fluid rehydration, acid inhibition, protection of gastric mucosa and other conventional treatment.

- Control group: western medicine hemostatic agent was sprayed under gastroscope, or no treatment was given under gastroscope. In addition to endoscopic treatment, the control group also adopted the same basic treatment after surgery, such as temporary fasting, fluid rehydration, acid inhibition, protection of gastric mucosa and other conventional treatment.

- The patient's gastrointestinal bleeding stopped Measures of effect At 24h, 48h and 72h respectively, the patient was reexamined under gastroscopy or the hemostasis was determined according to the presence and absence of hematochezia.
