- Inclusion: all clinical trials that present (P) individuals with cancer; (I) POH as a single intervention; (C) cancer patients before treatment with POH; (O) objective response (primary outcome), decreased tumor markers (secondary outcome). Exclusion: preclinical studies, in vitro trials, review articles, meta-analyzes, abstracts, conference proceedings, editorials/letters, case reports, and studies assessing POH in other ways, not investigating it as an anticancer treatment
