Review Question
The effects of Centella Asiatica on wound healing isn't clear enough. Is Centella Asiatica can improve wound healing?
Study Type Included
We will include randomised trials to assess the beneficial effects of the treatments, and will supplement these with observational studies (including cohort and case–control studies) for the assessment of harms.
Condition Being Studied
Wound healing, ulcer.
Participant
Inclusion: Adults with wound or ulcer (aged 18years old above and less than 70 years old.) Exclusion: Adolescents (aged under 18 years old) and elderly people (aged over 70 years old)

Human Disease Modelled
Intervention
Centella Asiatica commonly used in clinical for patients with wound or ulcer. This review is to determine the effectiveness of Centella Asiatica on wound healing and to provide another choice for the treatment on wound or ulcer.
Comparator Control
The patients with wound treated with external therapy that being recommend by clinical guidelines.
