Effect of different doses of walnut administration on anthropometric, blood pressure, and biochemical indices in adults with metabolic syndrome.
Participant
Inclusions: Metabolic syndrome adult populations aged ≥18 years old. Exclusions: Non-metabolic syndrome patients, mixed walnut consumption, children (<18 years old).

Intervention
Walnut consumption will be defined as follows: dietary walnut intake, and fortified food with walnut.
Comparator Control
Use of a walnut-free diet or nonfortified walnut food or control diet.
Main Outcome
Body weight, waist circumference, BMI, SBP, DBP, TG, TC, LDL-c, HDL-c, FPG, insulin, HbA1c, and hs-CRP.
