- We will be including randomized controlled trials only.
- Condition Being Studied
- Adverse events caused by lysine analogs.
- Participant
- Inclusion: Cancer patients at risk of bleeding. Exclusion: Children (<18 years of age).

- Human Disease Modelled
- Intervention
- Administration of a lysine analog to reduce bleeding and subsequent blood loss. This includes the administration to both surgical patients and non-surgical patients. We will not be restricting inclusion to any specific dose of the drug, route of administration, or timing of administration.
- Comparator Control
- Placebo (saline solution) or active control such as another antifibrinolytic agent.
- Main Outcome
- The occurence of thromboembolic events.

- Any adverse event.
