- Inclusion : patient with colorectal cancer (as diagnosed histopathologically), and cancer-free people Exclusion : patient with other cancer

- High level of lignan exposure including plasma level or Dietary lignan except urine level. High level are defined as Q4 (Quartile 1-4 of lignan level spectrum in studies), T3 (Tertile 1-3), or high level commented in articles.
- Comparator Control
- Low level of lignan exposure including plasma level of Dietary lignan except urine level low level are defined as Q1, T1, or low level commented in articles
- Main Outcome
- The risk of colorectal cancer We will use odds ratios to compare intervention group to control group for risk of colorectal cancer. Measures of effect Odds ratios
