- We will include published and unpublished Chinese and English randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and cohort studies.
- Condition Being Studied
- Lung cancer is a highly malignant tumor that is easy to metastasize and relapse. It is also the main cause of cancer-related death. Tumor treatment, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, due to the lack of anti-tumor selective effect, not only inhibits tumor growth, but also has damage to normal cells and the body, affecting the therapeutic effect and increasing adverse reactions. The use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of tumors is a popular tumor treatment method in bed in recent years. Lentinan (LTN) is a β-Glucan isolated and purified from the fruiting body of Lentinus edodes. It has strong antitumor activity. It is an anti-tumor adjuvant with immunomodulatory effect and a polysaccharide biological response regulator with improved immune function and multi-target anti-tumor effect. After years of clinical application and research, lentinan is helpful to the therapeutic effect of tumor and reduce adverse reactions. However, we did not systematically answer the effectiveness and safety of lentinan in the treatment of lung cancer alone and in combination, and the best treatment scheme.
- Participant
- All patients met the clinical diagnostic criteria of lung cancer, confirmed by imaging and pathological examination. There is no restriction on lung cancer classification and operation. Patients were older than 18 years of age and did not receive chemotherapy, radiotherapy, lentinan or similar bioreactors agents 1 month before treatment. Before medication, the functions of liver, kidney, heart and bone marrow were normal.

- The intervention measures are intravenous injection of lentinan, non-subcutaneous injection or thoracic perfusion. According to different medication schemes, it can be divided into medication alone and combined medication. The Medication alone Schemes of lentinan include: lentinan alone, lentinan vs placebo, lentinan vs chemotherapy, lentinan vs radiotherapy, lentinan vs chemoradiotherapy, lentinan vs other traditional Chinese medicine or biological reactants; The combined drug use of lentinan includes: lentinan plus chemotherapy vs chemotherapy, lentinan plus radiotherapy vs radiotherapy, lentinan plus chemoradiotherapy vs chemoradiotherapy.
