- 1.Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease refers to heart disease caused by myocardial ischemia, hypoxia or necrosis caused by coronary atherosclerosis that narrows, spasms or blocks the lumen of the coronary artery. According to the China Cardiovascular Health and Disease Report 2020:The prevalence of coronary heart disease in the population aged 15 and over is 12.3‰. The common clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease are angina pectoris (37.8%) and myocardial infarction (14.9%) .The mortality rate of angina pectoris was 0.1%, the average hospital stay was 7.5 days and the average total cost was 18110.6 yuan. The above data show that CHD has a high prevalence rate in cardiovascular disease, and angina pectoris is more common in coronary heart disease.Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the clinical treatment of angina pectoris. 2.Compound Danshen Dropping Pill (CDDP) is a Chinese patent medicine.It has the functions of removing blood stasis, promoting blood circulation, and relieving pain.CDDP has been widely used in the prevention, treatment and first aid of coronary heart disease.CDDP can better compensate for the effect of western medicine.This meta-analysis aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of isosorbide mononitrate (ISOM) combined with CDDP and ISOM alone in the treatment of CHD angina.

- The inclusion criteria are as follows:All randomised controlled trials (RCTs).All ages patients with typical symptoms of angina pectoris meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease angina pectoris established by the World Health Organization.Studies comparing ISOM alone versus ISOM combined with CDDP were included.Angina pectoris or electrocardiogram (ECG) efficacy was reported in the control and treatment groups. The exclusion criteria were: treatment group combined with other angina pectoris drugs, other evaluation indicators, repeated publication and review articles, conference papers, etc.

- The intervention in the treatment group was isosorbide mononitrate combined with compound Danshen dropping pills.The routes of administration of isosorbide mononitrate include oral and intravenous injection. The routes of administration of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills include oral and sublingual administration.

- The control group received isosorbide mononitrate alone. The routes of administration include oral and intravenous injection.
