Which is the best treatment among used methods, including vaginal dinoprostone, intracervical dinoprostone, vaginal misoprostol, oral misoprostol and vaginal isosorbide mononitrate(IMN) for cervical ripening in outpatient setting in low risk pregnant women with intact membrane?

Randomized clinical trials.
Condition Being Studied
Try to find the best treatment for cervical ripening in outpatient setting.
Participant
Singleton fetus, cephalic presentation, 37 completed weeks gestation or more, Bishop score was no more than 6, intact membranes.

Human Disease Modelled
Intervention
Patients received either kind of cervical ripening agents with methods including vaginal dinoprostone, intracervical dinoprostone, vaginal misoprostol, oral misoprostol and vaginal isosorbide mononitrate (IMN).
Comparator Control
Interventions will be compared to placebo or no treatment.
Main Outcome
Vaginal birth not achieved within 24 hours; Additional induction agents required; Serious neonatal morbidity or perinatal death; Time from admission to delivery; Caesarean section.
Outcome Measure
Additional Outcome
Uterine hyperstimulation; Apgar score <7 at 5min; NICU admission.
