Review Question
This meta-analysis aims to compare the effectiveness of bronchial artery chemoembolization (BACE) combined with iodine‑125 seed implantation and BACE alone for treatment of lung cancer
Study Type Included
Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and cohort studies will be included.
Condition Being Studied
With the amazing development of interventional radiology, techniques such as bronchial artery chemoembolization (BACE) and iodine‑125 seed implantation have been widely used in the treatment of lung cancer. However, single therapy can’t particularly effectively control cancer progression, because of the complicacy of lung cancer. Therefore, the combination of BACE and iodine‑125 seed implantation may provide a feasible procedure for the treatment of lung cancer.
Participant
The participants are the patients who diagnosed as lung cancer and treatment modalities included BACE with or without iodine‑125 seed implantation.

Patients who diagnosed as lung cancer and were treated with BACE combined with radioactive iodine‑125 seed implantation.
Comparator Control
Patients who diagnosed as lung cancer and were treated with BACE alone.
