(3) interventional therapies were indigo naturalis or compound indigo naturalis; control therapies were included blank, placebo, and western medicine, which was neither indigo naturalis or compound indigo naturalis.

- Main Outcome
- The primary outcome was the PASI score. Serious adverse events. Measures of effect PASI score is a quantitative rating score that measures the severity of psoriatic lesions based on area coverage and plaque appearance including scaling, infiltration, and erythema.

- The secondary outcomes included efficiency, dermatology life quality index(DLQI), visual analog scale (VAS) scores for intensity of itching, recurrence rate, serum cytokines level, and safety.
