- Inclusion: Healthy population, well-trained athletes, recreational athletes Exclusion: Animal studies, Case control studies reports.

- Randomized Control Trials and Case control studies on effect of Cordyceps mushroom supplementation on endurance and recovery will be considered for the review.
- Comparator Control
- The Experimental group with Cordyceps supplementation will be compared against Placebo or Control group. Further, based on availability of data a comparison will also be made across time points and dosages.
- Main Outcome
- To assess the effect of cordyceps mushroom supplementation on endurance performance outcomes like aerobic capacity, VO2 max, Maximal Oxygen Uptake. To assess the effect of cordyceps mushroom supplementation on recovery parameters like decreased Oxidative stress, fatigue, muscle damage, and increased antioxidant activity.
