Condition Being Studied
The effect of Cordyceps mushroom supplementation on 1. Endurance performance outcomes such as aerobic capacity, VO2 max, Maximal Oxygen Uptake. 2. Enhanced recovery outcomes such as decreased Oxidative stress, fatigue, muscle damage, and increased antioxidant activity.
Participant
Inclusion: Healthy population, well-trained athletes, recreational athletes Exclusion: Animal studies, Case control studies reports.

Intervention
Randomized Control Trials and Case control studies on effect of Cordyceps mushroom supplementation on endurance and recovery will be considered for the review.
Comparator Control
The Experimental group with Cordyceps supplementation will be compared against Placebo or Control group. Further, based on availability of data a comparison will also be made across time points and dosages.
Main Outcome
To assess the effect of cordyceps mushroom supplementation on endurance performance outcomes like aerobic capacity, VO2 max, Maximal Oxygen Uptake. To assess the effect of cordyceps mushroom supplementation on recovery parameters like decreased Oxidative stress, fatigue, muscle damage, and increased antioxidant activity.

Additional Outcome
Based on availability of data the effect of possible confounders like age category, level of participation, level of training, etc., on the main outcomes will be analyzed.
