Title
Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease Presenting Similar to Multiple Sclerosis: A Systematic Review of Literature
Review Question
We perform a systematic review to investigate and chronicle the frequency of neurological manifestations, imaging findings, treatments, and outcomes from data collected on published cases and case series of Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease with presentation similar to Multiple Sclerosis.
Study Type Included
Case report, case series of MOG antibody associated patients presenting with neurological symptoms.
Condition Being Studied
Here, we will review cases of Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease presenting similar to Multiple Sclerosis and describe clinical and radiological findings, treatment and outcome.
Participant
Inclusion criteria would include patients diagnosed with Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease who presented clinically similar to Multiple Sclerosis. Exclusion criteria would include any patient with positive Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody but no brain or spinal cord involvement, articles written in a non-English language, and articles re-publishing a previously reported case.
