Main Outcome
For effectiveness outcomes, we will report change in scores as a result of the treatment from the baseline to the last available follow-up on any of the screening or diagnostic measures for autism spectrum disorder from this list: (https://www.carautismroadmap.org/autism-spectrum-disorder-measures/). We will include any safety outcomes reported as events during the follow-up period. Measures of effect We will extract data on dosage, timing, an other characteristics of glutathione administration.
