Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory pruritic skin disease with a worldwide prevalence estimated to be as high as 20% (1). Inclusion Criteria: 1-Male or female adults and adolescents (≥12 years) 2-Chronic AD as defined by Hanifin and Rajka (1980) or American Academy of Dermatology Consensus Criteria. 3-≥10% body surface area (BSA) of atopic dermatitis involvement at the baseline visit.

Intervention
Oral Dihomo-gamma-Linolenic acid (ds107) pills.
Comparator Control
Placebo Control arm with matched characteristics.
Main Outcome
1- EASI (Eczema Area and Severity Index). 2- NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). 3- IGA (Investigator's Global Assessment). 4- BSA (Body Surface Area). 5- POEM (Patient Orientated Eczema Measure). 6- SCORAD (Scoring of Atopic Dermatitis).
