- Inclusion: Randomised Controlled Trials Exclusion: -Open-label RCTs -In vivo and in vitro studies. -Observational studies. -Human interventions including additional pharmacological means which improve physical fitness (i.e,, use of other anabolic androgenic steroids).

- Placebo or appropriate control. Interventions that also involve exercise training and/or a nutritional supplementation/manipulation will be also allowed only if they are followed by both groups in a given intervention.
