- The studies will include if recruited adults who experienced moderate to severe acute pain (according to baseline score on a validated pain scale).We will not restrict type of painful conditions experienced by participants and will use subgroup analysis for any possible differences in the effect of interventions among different participants.

- Administration of aromatherapy with Damask rose in any forms of administration (inhalation, vapor diffusion, and massage)
