Chronic kidney disease in Japanese patients without diabetes.
Participant
Inclusion:• Japanese CKD patients without diabetes*. Exclusion: • Any other nationality • Type 2 diabetes. * Any diabetes studies that meet the rest of inclusion criteria will excluded but will be noted during the ti/ab screening process.

Intervention
Inclusion: • urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio test • dipstick test • protein-to-creatinine ratio test. Exclusion: • Any other diagnostic tests.
Comparator Control
None.
Main Outcome
•The following rates across the KDIGO heatmap where possible: • Sensitivity • Specificity • Diagnostic. Positive and negative predictive values.
Outcome Measure
Additional Outcome
Where possible, all outcomes should be related to the clinical categorisation used in the KDIGO heatmap.
