Inclusion: Children and young people (up to 18 years) with suspected or diagnosed chronic kidney disease stages 1 to 5. Exclusion: • people receiving renal replacement therapy (RRT) • people with acute kidney injury combined with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis • pregnant young women • people receiving palliative care.
