Physical exercise, both aerobic and anaerobic

Healthy individuals (free of disease), regardless of age and sex No other exclusion criteria for participants

Intervention
Supplementation with L-citrulline or citrulline-malate, regardless of dose and duration of supplementation.
Comparator Control
Healthy individuals with placebo supplementation.
Main Outcome
Maximal exercise performance such as:1) Maximum number of repetitions 2) Time to exhaustion 3) Time to completion Subjective feelings of fatigue such as - self-reported soreness score - rating of perceived exertion (OMNI) - rating of perceived exertion (Borg) - visual analogue scale to evaluate fatigue severity (VAS-F)
