We will include cross-sectional study, observational study, including cohort and case-control studies for assessment of risk of skin cancer.

Adults (more than 18 years old) those undergone lung transplant

Intervention
Azole antifungal exposure at pre-transplant OR post-transplant process both as a prophylaxis for fungal infection and therapeutics for fungal infection.
Comparator Control
Adults (more than 18 years old) those undergone lung transplant with no exposure to any azole antifungals at any process of the transplant.
