- Condition Being Studied
- The treatment of cleft alveolar process is a very important part in the sequential treatment of cleft lip and palate. Inadequate bone regeneration and resorption of grafted bone are assumed to lead to undesirable postoperative results. A method for accelerating the speed of bone sought for some time.
- Participant
- A confirmed diagnosis of syndromic congenital unilateral complete alveolar cleft with systemic and genetic disorders.The review excludes patient with a history of previous alveolar cleft reconstruction, the presence of a palatal fistula, infection, or bone graft exposure following alveolar bone grafting surgery. Guardian refusal to sign the written informed consent on behalf of the patien. Any patient presented with abnormal hematological values.
