Review Question
To evaluate and compare biocompatibility of calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers associated with different radiopacifiers. Context and rationale The systematic review has as principal main evaluates the effectiveness and biocompatibility of calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers when associated with different radiopacifiers. For the systematic review the eligibility criteria were studies with animals and studies that compare at least two different radiopacifiers.

endodontic treatment; apical surgery; apical health
Intervention
Inclusion criteria: treatment with calcium silicate cement associated with radiopacifiers present in the factory composition. Exclusion criteria: treatment with calcium silicate cement not associated with external radioapacifiers
Comparator Control
Inclusion criteria: animals treated with calcium silicate cement without association with other radiopacifiers, no treatment Exclusion criteria: treatment with calcium silicate cement associated with external radioapacifiers as control group

Outcome Measure
Inclusion criteria: confirmation of biocompatibility between the cement and the tissue with histological examination Exclusion criteria: the radiopacific level of the cements and radiopacifiers only
