- To evaluate and compare biocompatibility of calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers associated with different radiopacifiers. Context and rationale The systematic review has as principal main evaluates the effectiveness and biocompatibility of calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers when associated with different radiopacifiers. For the systematic review the eligibility criteria were studies with animals and studies that compare at least two different radiopacifiers.
