本品为不规则的厚片或碎片。表面焦黑色,内部焦褐色。味涩。
炮制
取绵马贯众片,照炒炭法(通则0213)炒至表面焦黑色,喷淋清水少许,熄灭火星,取出,晾干。
贮藏
置通风干燥处。
鉴别
取本品粉末1g,加环己烷20ml,超声处理30分钟,取续滤液10ml,浓缩至5ml,作为供试品溶液。另取绵马贯众对照药材0.5g,同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法(通则0502)试验,吸取供试品溶液4μl、对照药材溶液5μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上[取硅胶G 10g、枸橼酸-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液(pH 7.0)10ml、维生素C 60mg、羧甲基纤维素钠溶液20ml调匀,铺板,室温避光晾干,50℃活化2小时后备用],以正己烷-三氯甲烷-甲醇(30∶15∶1)为展开剂,薄层板置展开缸中预饱和2小时,展开,展距8cm以上,取出,立即喷以0.3%坚牢蓝BB盐的稀乙醇溶液,在40℃放置1小时。供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。
浸出物
照醇溶性浸出物测定法(通则2201)项下的热浸法测定,用稀乙醇作溶剂,不得少于16.0%。
