性状
本品为白色疏松的针状结晶或结晶性粉末;气微,味苦。遇光或热渐变色。 本品在甲醇中溶解,在水或乙醇中微溶。 熔点 取本品,在130℃干燥后,依法测定(通则0612),熔点为232~240℃。 比旋度 取本品,精密称定,加甲醇制成每1ml含20mg的溶液,依法测定(通则0621),按干燥品计算,比旋度应为-38°~-45°。
检查
干燥失重 取本品,在130℃干燥至恒重,减失重量不得过6.0%(通则0831)。 炽灼残渣 不得过0.1%(通则0841)。
贮藏
遮光,密闭。
鉴别
(1)取本品50mg,加水10ml,加热使溶解,放冷,取溶液1ml,加每1ml中含三氯化铁试液1滴的铁氰化钾试液2滴,显翠绿色,后变为蓝色。 (2)取本品5mg,加甲醇1ml使溶解,加7%盐酸羟胺的甲醇溶液数滴,再加10%氢氧化钾甲醇溶液使呈碱性,加热至微沸,放冷,加稀盐酸使呈酸性,加1%三氯化铁乙醇溶液1~2滴,显紫红色。 (3)取本品〔含量测定〕项下制备的溶液,照紫外-可见分光光度法(通则0401)测定,在275nm与220nm的波长处有最大吸收。
含量测定
取本品约20mg,精密称定,置50ml量瓶中,加甲醇溶解并稀释至刻度,摇匀,精密量取1ml,置25ml量瓶中,加甲醇至刻度,摇匀。照紫外-可见分光光度法(通则0401),在275nm的波长处测定吸光度,按岩白菜素(C14H16O9)的吸收系数(E1%1cm)248计算,即得。 本品按干燥品计算,含岩白菜素(C14H16O9)应为97.0%~103.0%。
