性状

本品形如菟丝子，表面灰棕色至棕褐色，偶见裂开，略有香气，味微咸。

检查

水分不得过10.0%（通则0832第二法）。总灰分不得过10.0%（通则2302）。酸不溶性灰分不得过4.0%（通则2302）。

炮制

菟丝子除去杂质，洗净，干燥。

贮藏

置通风干燥处。

鉴别

（1）取本品少量，加沸水浸泡后，表面有黏性；加热煮至种皮破裂时，可露出黄白色卷旋状的胚，形如吐丝。（2）本品粉末黄褐色或深褐色。种皮表皮细胞断面观呈类方形或类长方形，侧壁增厚；表面观呈圆多角形，角隅处壁明显增厚。种皮栅状细胞成片，断面观2列，外列细胞较内列细胞短，具光辉带，位于内侧细胞的上部；表面观呈多角形，皱缩。胚乳细胞呈多角形或类圆形，胞腔内含糊粉粒。子叶细胞含糊粉粒及脂肪油滴。（3）取本品粉末0.5g，加甲醇40ml，加热回流30分钟，滤过，滤液浓缩至5ml，作为供试品溶液。另取菟丝子对照药材0.5g，同法制成对照药材溶液。再取金丝桃苷对照品，加甲醇制成每1ml含1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述三种溶液各1～2μl，分别点于同一聚酰胺薄膜上，以甲醇-冰醋酸-水（4∶1∶5）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以三氯化铝试液，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱和对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。

补益肝肾，固精缩尿，安胎，明目，止泻；外用消风祛斑。用于肝肾不足，腰膝酸软，阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频，肾虚胎漏，胎动不安，目昏耳鸣，脾肾虚泻；外治白癜风。

6～12g。外用适量。
