本品呈类球形或扁球形,有的数个粘连,单个直径5~8mm。表面橙黄色或棕红色,皱缩,顶端有残存花柱,基部具短小果梗或果梗痕。果肉油润,质柔软。种子斜卵形,长约4mm,宽约2mm;表面褐色,有光泽,中间有一纵沟;种皮较硬,种仁乳白色,有油性。气微,味酸、涩。

置通风干燥处,防霉,防蛀。
鉴别
(1)果皮表面观:果皮表皮细胞表面观多角形,垂周壁稍厚。表皮上盾状毛较多,由100多个单细胞毛毗连而成,末端分离,单个细胞长80~220μm,直径约5μm,毛脱落后的疤痕由7~8个圆形细胞聚集而成,细胞壁稍厚。果肉薄壁细胞含多数橙红色或橙黄色颗粒状物。鲜黄色油滴甚多。 (2)取〔含量测定〕异鼠李素项下的供试品溶液30ml,浓缩至约5ml,加水25ml,用乙酸乙酯提取2次,每次20ml,合并乙酸乙酯液,蒸干,残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解,作为供试品溶液。另取异鼠李素对照品、槲皮素对照品,加甲醇制成每1ml各含1mg的混合溶液,作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(通则0502)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各2μl,分别点于同一含3%醋酸钠溶液制备的硅胶G薄层板上,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(5∶2∶1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以三氯化铝试液,置紫外光灯(365nm)下检视。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点。
浸出物
照醇溶性浸出物测定法(通则2201)项下的热浸法测定,用乙醇作溶剂,不得少于25.0%。
含量测定
总黄酮 对照品溶液的制备 取芦丁对照品20mg,精密称定,置50ml量瓶中,加60%乙醇适量,置水浴上微热使溶解,放冷,加60%乙醇至刻度,摇匀。精密量取25ml,置50ml量瓶中,加水稀释至刻度,摇匀,即得(每1ml含芦丁0.2mg)。 标准曲线的制备 精密量取对照品溶液1ml、2ml、3ml、4ml、5ml、6ml,分别置25ml量瓶中,各加30%乙醇至6.0ml,加5%亚硝酸钠溶液1ml,混匀,放置6分钟,再加10%硝酸铝溶液1ml,摇匀,放置6分钟。加氢氧化钠试液10ml,再加30%乙醇至刻度,摇匀,放置15分钟,以相应试剂为空白,照紫外-可见分光光度法(通则0401),在500nm的波长处测定吸光度,以吸光度为纵坐标,浓度为横坐标,绘制标准曲线。 测定法 取本品粗粉约2g,精密称定,加60%乙醇30ml,加热回流2小时,放冷,滤过,残渣再分别加60%乙醇25ml,加热回流2次,每次1小时,滤过,合并滤液,置100ml量瓶中,残渣用60%乙醇洗涤,洗液并入同一量瓶中,用60%乙醇稀释至刻度,摇匀。精密量取25ml,置50ml量瓶中,加水至刻度,摇匀,作为供试品溶液。精密量取供试品溶液3ml,置25ml量瓶中,加30%乙醇至6ml,照标准曲线的制备项下的方法,自“加亚硝酸钠溶液1ml”起,依法测定吸光度,同时取供试品溶液3ml,除不加氢氧化钠试液外,其余同上操作,作为空白,从标准曲线上读出供试品溶液中含芦丁的重量(mg),计算,即得。 本品按干燥品计算,含总黄酮以芦丁(C27H30O16)计,不得少于1.5%。 异鼠李素 照高效液相色谱法(通则0512)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(58∶42)为流动相;检测波长为370nm。理论板数按异鼠李素峰计算应不低于3000。 对照品溶液的制备 取异鼠李素对照品适量,精密称定,加甲醇制成每1ml含10μg的溶液,即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品粉末(过三号筛)0.5g,精密称定,置具塞锥形瓶中,精密加入乙醇50ml,称定重量,加热回流1小时,放冷,再称定重量,用乙醇补足减失的重量,摇匀,滤过。精密量取续滤液25ml,置具塞锥形瓶中,加盐酸3.5ml,在75℃水浴中加热水解1小时,立即冷却,转移至50ml量瓶中,用适量乙醇洗涤容器,洗液并入同一量瓶中,加乙醇至刻度,摇匀,滤过,取续滤液,即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品与供试品溶液各10μl,注入液相色谱仪,测定,即得。 本品按干燥品计算,含异鼠李素(C16H12O7)不得少于0.10%。
