广地龙 呈长条状薄片，弯曲，边缘略卷，长15～20cm，宽1～2cm。全体具环节，背部棕褐色至紫灰色，腹部浅黄棕色；第14～16环节为生殖带，习称“白颈”，较光亮。体前端稍尖，尾端钝圆，刚毛圈粗糙而硬，色稍浅。雄生殖孔在第18环节腹侧刚毛圈一小孔突上，外缘有数环绕的浅皮褶，内侧刚毛圈隆起，前面两边有横排（一排或二排）小乳突，每边10～20个不等。受精囊孔2对，位于7/8至8/9环节间一椭圆形突起上，约占节周5/11。体轻，略呈革质，不易折断。气腥，味微咸。 沪地龙 长8～15cm，宽0.5～1.5cm。全体具环节，背部棕褐色至黄褐色，腹部浅黄棕色；第14～16环节为生殖带，较光亮。第18环节有一对雄生殖孔。通俗环毛蚓的雄交配腔能全部翻出，呈花菜状或阴茎状；威廉环毛蚓的雄交配腔孔呈纵向裂缝状；栉盲环毛蚓的雄生殖孔内侧有1或多个小乳突。受精囊孔3对，在6/7至8/9环节间。

除去杂质，洗净，切段，干燥。
贮藏
置通风干燥处，防霉，防蛀。
鉴别
（1）本品粉末淡灰色或灰黄色。斜纹肌纤维无色或淡棕色，肌纤维散在或相互绞结成片状，多稍弯曲，直径4～26μm，边缘常不平整。表皮细胞呈棕黄色，细胞界限不明显，布有暗棕色的色素颗粒。刚毛少见，常碎断散在，淡棕色或黄棕色，直径24～32μm，先端多钝圆，有的表面可见纵裂纹。 （2）取本品粉末1g，加水10ml，加热至沸，放冷，离心，取上清液作为供试品溶液。另取赖氨酸对照品、亮氨酸对照品、缬氨酸对照品，分别加水制成每1ml各含1mg、1mg和0.5mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述四种溶液各3μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以正丁醇-冰醋酸-水（4∶1∶1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以茚三酮试液，在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 （3）取本品粉末1g，加三氯甲烷20ml，超声处理20分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加三氯甲烷1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取地龙对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-丙酮（9∶1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。
