性状

本品呈筒状或槽状，长短不一。外表面灰黄色至棕黄色，粗糙，有不规则纵裂纹，易成鳞片状剥落。内表面黄白色至灰黄色，较平坦，有细纵纹。体轻，质脆，易折断，断面不平坦，外层黄棕色，内层灰白色。气微，味微甘而后苦。

除去杂质及残余木心，洗净，晒干或低温干燥。

贮藏

置干燥处。

鉴别

（1）本品横切面：木栓层为4～10余列细胞，其外有较厚的落皮层。韧皮射线大多宽1列细胞；纤维单个散在或2至数个成束。薄壁细胞含草酸钙砂晶，并含多数淀粉粒。（2）取本品粉末1.5g，加甲醇15ml，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取地骨皮对照药材1.5g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-丙酮-甲酸（10∶1∶0.1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。

功能与主治

凉血除蒸，清肺降火。用于阴虚潮热，骨蒸盗汗，肺热咳嗽，咯血，衄血，内热消渴。

性味与归经

甘，寒。归肺、肝、肾经。

用法与用量

9～15g。
