本品呈倒卵形纵剖瓣。表面红黄色至红棕色,有突起的棕色小点。顶端有花萼残基,下部渐尖。花托壁厚1~2mm,内面淡黄色,残存淡黄色绒毛。气微,味甘、微涩。

金樱子肉 取净金樱子,略浸,润透,纵切两瓣,除去毛、核,干燥。
贮藏
置通风干燥处,防蛀。
鉴别
(1)花托壁横切面:外表皮细胞类方形或略径向延长,外壁及侧壁增厚,角质化;表皮上的刺痕纵切面细胞径向延长。皮层薄壁细胞壁稍厚,纹孔明显,含有油滴,并含橙黄色物,有的含草酸钙方晶和簇晶;纤维束散生于近皮层外侧;维管束多存在于皮层中部和内侧,外韧型,韧皮部外侧有纤维束,导管散在或呈放射状排列。内表皮细胞长方形,内壁增厚,角质化;有木化的非腺毛或具残基。 花托粉末淡肉红色。非腺毛单细胞或多细胞,长505~1836μm,直径16~31μm,壁木化或微木化,表面常有螺旋状条纹,胞腔内含黄棕色物。表皮细胞多角形,壁厚,内含黄棕色物。草酸钙方晶多见,长方形或不规则形,直径16~39μm;簇晶少见,直径27~66μm。螺纹导管、网纹导管、环纹导管及具缘纹孔导管直径8~20μm。薄壁细胞多角形,木化,具纹孔,含黄棕色物。纤维梭形或条形,黄色,长至1071μm,直径16~20μm,壁木化。树脂块不规则形,黄棕色,半透明。 (2)取本品粉末2g,加乙醇30ml,超声处理30分钟,滤过,滤液蒸干,残渣加水20ml使溶解,用乙酸乙酯振摇提取2次,每次30ml,合并乙酸乙酯液,蒸干,残渣加甲醇2ml使溶解,作为供试品溶液。另取金樱子对照药材2g,同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法(通则0502)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各2μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(5∶5∶1∶0.1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液,在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。
