取枇杷叶，加水煎煮三次，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩成相对密度为1.21～1.25（80℃）的清膏。每100g清膏加炼蜜200g或蔗糖200g，加热使溶化，混匀，浓缩至规定的相对密度，即得。

枇杷叶 5000g
性状
本品为黑褐色稠厚的半流体；味甜、微涩。
检查
相对密度 应为1.42～1.46（通则0183）。 其他 应符合煎膏剂项下有关的各项规定（通则0183）。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
功能与主治
清肺润燥，止咳化痰。用于肺热燥咳，痰少咽干。
用法与用量
口服。一次9～15g，一日2次。
