石燕（煅） 100g 煅石决明 100g 使君子仁 100g 炒鸡内金 50g 谷精草 50g 威灵仙 50g 茯苓 100g
性状
本品为灰黄色的粉末；味微涩。
检查
应符合散剂项下有关的各项规定（通则0115）。
贮藏
密闭，防潮。
鉴别
（1）取本品，置显微镜下观察：不规则分枝状团块无色，遇水合氯醛试液溶化；菌丝无色或淡棕色，直径4～6μm（茯苓）。网纹细胞类圆形或椭圆形，壁不规则网状增厚，微木化（使君子仁）。腺毛头部长圆形，1～4细胞，表面有细密网状纹；柄多为单细胞（谷精草）。 （2）取本品约0.5g，置试管中，加稀盐酸2ml，即泡沸，放出二氧化碳气体，此气体遇氢氧化钙试液生成白色沉淀；滤过，取滤液，照钙盐的鉴别方法（通则0301）试验，显相同的反应。
功能与主治
消积化滞。用于食滞脾胃所致的疳证，症见不思乳食、面黄肌瘦、腹部膨胀、消化不良。
用法与用量
用热米汤加少量糖调服。一次9g，一日2次；三岁以内小儿酌减。
