Clinical symptoms include HYPERKALEMIA, sodium-wasting, HYPOTENSION, and sometimes metabolic ACIDOSIS.|HPO2016_07_04:Abnormally reduced levels of aldosterone. [DDD:spark, HPO:probinson]|CSP2006:aldosterone deficiency, usually associated with hypoadrenalism and characterized by hypotension, dehydration, and a tendency to excrete excessive amounts of sodium.|CSP2006:abnormally diminished activity of the adrenal gland.
