Wheat-allergic patients who develop sustained unresponsiveness to wheat after oral immunotherapy, The occurrence of sustained unresponsiveness to wheat is detected at 1 month after discontinuation of oral immunotherapy by double-blind, placebo-controlled wheat challenge, 13 months
