- Outcome Measure
- Change from baseline in body composition as measured with the Tanita scale TBF-310 at week 12 as compared to change in body composition from baseline with inclusion of 20% Kcals from pistachios measured at week 12., Changes in body composition will be determined by the Tanita scale and/or by DXA differences from baseline to end in the pistachio intervention as compared to not consuming 20% Kcals of pistachios for 12 weeks, 24 weeks-12 weeks intervention, 12 weeks no intervention
